Aesthetics and Rhythm with “YIT”

We are delighted to be part of another ambitious project developed by “YIT Lietuva”. In this development, urban architecture merges with well-thought-out hardscaping solutions, creating a cozy and modern environment for the residents.

To create a unique exterior character, a combination of two types of “Barons” series pavers was used:

Barons 360 (Brown): Adds warmth and a natural feel to the space, perfectly complementing the facade elements and the green surroundings.
Barons 240 (Black): Introduces a sharp, solid accent, highlights the path lines, and gives the paving visual depth.
The combination of different formats and colors allowed for the creation of a dynamic “rhythm of textures,” which not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also features exceptionally high durability and longevity—qualities that are essential in the sustainable urban quarters developed by “YIT”.
