The Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) describes the procedure for processing personal data carried out by UAB “BRIKERS LT”. This policy applies to UAB “BRIKERS LT” (natural persons) and partners of cooperation partners (natural and legal persons), including relationships with cooperation partners established before this policy entered into force.
1. Definitions Cooperation partner – any natural or legal person who uses or has expressed a desire to use any services of UAB “BRIKERS LT”. Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to a Cooperation partner (natural person), as well as information about the partner’s contact person (employees and/or authorized persons) (natural and legal person). Processing is any operation performed with personal data.

3. Applicable Law 3.1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter – the General Data Protection Regulation). 3.2. 4. UAB “BRIKERS LT” Privacy Policy 4.1. The Privacy Policy provides information on how BRIKERS LT collects, processes, stores, shares, and deletes Personal Data, thus ensuring that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. This policy applies to any processing of personal data. 4.2. UAB “BRIKERS LT” processes aggregated data intended for providing services to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations between the Data Controller and the cooperation partner, as well as the legitimate interests of the data controller, for example, the creation and management of accounting partner accounts.
5. Categories of Personal Data Categories of Personal Data. Personal data is collected from the cooperation partner and from external sources such as public and private registers or third parties. The categories of personal data collected and processed by UAB “BRIKERS LT” are usually: Identity data, such as name, surname, personal identification number, personal identification document data; Contact information, e.g., address, phone number, email address.
6. Purpose and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data 6.1. In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, personal data is processed in order to conclude and perform a contract so that UAB “BRIKERS LT” can provide services. with the clear and unambiguous consent of the partner or the partner’s contact person;
to persons specified in external normative acts, upon a reasoned request, in the manner and according to the procedure prescribed by law;
in cases specified by external legal acts to protect the legitimate interests of UAB “BRIKERS LT”, for example, when applying to a court or other state institutions against a person who has violated the legitimate interests of UAB “BRIKERS LT”.
8. Rights of the Cooperation Partner or Its Contact Persons as a Data Subject 8.1. Right to be informed, i.e., the right to receive information about whether the Service Provider processes Personal Data, and if processed, to receive information about the processed personal data and why it is processed. 8.2. Right to access your data, i.e., the right to request access to your Personal Data and receive your Personal Data provided to the Service Provider and processed in writing or in one of the most commonly used electronic formats. 8.3. Right to rectification, i.e., the right to request the correction of your Personal Data if it is inadequate, incomplete, or incorrect. 8.4. Right to erasure, i.e., the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data, for example, if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or if the personal data was processed unlawfully. 8.5. Right to restrict processing, i.e., the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and other legal acts, for example, while the Service Provider assesses whether you have the right to have the Personal Data deleted. 8.6. Right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your Personal Data provided to the Service Provider in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transmit it to another Service Provider. 8.7. Right to object to data processing, i.e., the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data based on the legitimate interests of the Service Provider. 8.8. Right to submit complaints regarding the processing of personal data to the State Data Protection Inspectorate at www.ada.lt, if the processing of personal data violates personal rights and interests according to applicable laws and other legal acts.
9. Obligations of the Cooperation Partner or Its Contact Persons as a Data Subject 9.1. The data subject is responsible for providing correct, valid, and complete data when concluding a contract (ordering a service) and performing the contract (providing a service). 9.2. In case of a change in personal data, the data subject must immediately inform UAB “BRIKERS LT” by sending written information to the e-mail address specified in paragraph 12 of these rules or to the legal address of UAB “BRIKERS LT”.
10. Geographical Scope of Data Processing Personal data will be processed within the European Union / European Economic Area.
11. Data Retention Period Personal data will be processed only as long as it is necessary for the processing purposes. The storage period may be based on an agreement with the partner (after the end of the relationship between UAB “BRIKERS LT” and the partner, or after UAB “BRIKERS LT” is informed that the data subject is no longer the partner’s contact person, personal data will be deleted if its retention is not required for other processing purposes, the legitimate interests of UAB “BRIKERS LT”, or to fulfill requirements under applicable laws and other legal acts (e.g., accounting, anti-money laundering, commercial law, civil litigation, civil law, etc.).
